3.4 It is necessary to use three-core (four-core) copper-core rubber wire or insulated multi-strand soft copper wire for the primary line of the welder. The wiring length is not allowed to exceed 3 meters. If it is necessary to use longer conductors, the first-level power supply control should be added within 3 meters of the welder side, and the power supply line should be laid overhead. The primary line of the welder should not be used on the ground. It is even more difficult to use the channel across the ground.
3.5 It is necessary to connect and tighten the secondary line of the welder without looseness. The joint on the secondary line is not allowed to cross three. 3.6 Welding tongs should comply with relevant national regulations, and can ensure that the welding rod can be clamped under any inclination. The joints should be simple and soft, easy to use, no overheating, no conductors exposed, and super-precise screens, which hinder the use of metal schemes, pipes, tracks, etc. as welding secondary circuits.
3.7 The welder should be placed in a monotonous and ventilated address. If it is placed outdoors, in addition to the cover of the welder itself, it is necessary to set a cover method for rain and snow protection. 4.2 For the evaluation of the welder's performance, the veto clause evaluation checklist is selected, and seven negative clauses are listed to evaluate whether the welder is qualified. If any of the terms does not meet the requirements, the evaluated welder is considered unqualified.
