The SL38 amplifier circuit is a power amplifier circuit in the form of a BTL. It is suitable for use as a power amplifier for radios, recorders, televisions, etc. The circuit has a wide supply voltage range and can work normally from 9 to 18V. When the load is 8Ω, the maximum output power varies with the power supply voltage. See Table 7-12 for specific values. When the higher power supply voltage is used, a good heat sink should be added. The shape of the SL38 is shown in Figure 7-54.
In the figure, C1 is the input coupling capacitor, C2 and C3 are phase-shifting anti-vibration capacitors, and the value is selected between 100~1000p (the capacity is too small to prevent oscillation completely, the capacity is too large to affect the frequency response), C4 and C5 are outputs. End anti-vibration capacitor, the capacity is selected between 0.1~0.47μ. These two capacitors should be as close as possible to the output and ground. The line is too long and it is easy to cause self-excitation. C6 and C7 are their own capacitors to ensure that the output voltage at no load is close to Vcc, C8 is the coupling capacitor from the first to the second set, C9 is the parametric decoupling capacitor, and C10 is the feedback AC bypass capacitor. R1 is the resistor that adjusts the gain of the amplifier and can usually be adjusted with a 1k potentiometer. Add an RC network (dotted line in the rain) between the 6th and 4th feet of the IC, but the bass has a certain boost, and the boost is controlled by the 47k potentiometer.
