System principle

The LED solid crystal machine is an automatic device that picks up the LED chip from the wafer disc and mounts it on the PCB (printed circuit board) to realize the automatic bonding of the LED chip and the defect wafer detection function, which can meet the needs of most LED production lines. It is suitable for the production of various high-quality, high-brightness LEDs (red, green, white, yellow, etc.), and is suitable for the production of triodes, semiconductor discrete devices, DIP and SOP, etc. It has a wide range of applications and strong versatility.

The LED solid crystal machine system structure mainly includes a motion control module, a pneumatic part, a machine vision part and a motion execution mechanism module, and realizes data communication with a special computer control center through a PCI bus interface.

Working principle: the loading board transfers the PCB board to the working position on the table fixture. The dispensing mechanism first dispenses the position of the PCB to be bonded to the wafer, and then the bonding arm moves from the origin position to the suction wafer position. The wafer is placed on the film-supported expander wafer disc. After the bonding arm is in position, the nozzle moves downward, the thimble moves upward to lift the wafer, and after the wafer is picked up, the bonding arm returns to the origin position (the leak detection position), and the bonding arm Then move from the origin position to the bonding position, and after the nozzle is bonded to the wafer, the bonding arm returns to the original position again, which is a complete bonding process. When a beat operation is completed, the data from the next position of the wafer is detected by machine vision, and the data is transferred to the wafer disc motor, and the motor is moved to the corresponding distance to move the next wafer to the aligned pickup wafer position. The dispensing position of the PCB is the same process, until all the dispensing positions on the PCB are bonded to the wafer, and then the transfer mechanism removes the PCB from the workbench and installs a new PCB to start a new one. Work cycle.
