CooLED Lighting has introduced a new high-power LED replacement lamp for automotive turn indicators, brake lights or automotive taillight applications. The top of the luminaire uses six 0.5W MaxCool high-power LEDs with a side diameter of 25mm and a full aluminum design. The luminaire is also equipped with a prismatic diffuser for uniform light distribution.
In order to achieve good heat dissipation, the company uses a high-quality aluminum casing design for the entire lamp head of its luminaire. Because the product uses a self-contained constant current LED driver and the input voltage is 12V, the universal Ba15s or Ba15d base can also be used, so it can directly and simply replace the traditional bulb.
Compared with traditional car bulbs, the advantages of LED bulbs are as follows:
1) More energy efficient, only consume about 3W power;
2) Longer service life, more than 50,000 hours;
3) Faster response, 10 times faster than conventional bulbs; (When applied to brake lights, the rear car can see the brake lights in 0.3-0.5 seconds. Sometimes it can avoid traffic accidents and save lives.)
4) More environmentally friendly, free of mercury or toxic and flammable gases; long service life and reduced waste generation; and they are made from fully recyclable materials;
5) More safety, anti-vibration, impact resistance; no ultraviolet radiation, and can reduce infrared radiation;
6) With more color choices, LEDs can produce more and richer natural light, and there are many color choices.
