The discharge circuit uses an NPN transistor 8050. When the PA1 outputs a high level (set to about 4.3V), the current between the BEs of the NPN transistor 8050 is Ibe=(4.3V-0.3V)/1K=4mA, and the NPN transistor 8050 is provided. The magnification of 100, then the rated current between the NPN transistor 8050C-E is about 400mA. The battery voltage is set to 1.2 V. Since the voltage between CEs when the NPN transistor 8050 is turned on is 0.3 V, the discharge current is ICe = (1.2 V - 0.3 V) / (5 + 1) = 150 mA.
