The company has 10 low-voltage power distribution cabinets of 380 volts. There are dozens of cable connectors. The above equipment is prone to electric shock, electrical fire and explosion accidents during work.

Fourth, the accident mode and consequences

(1) When the high voltage system fails or is caused by lightning or other reasons, the system overvoltage will occur, which will cause a power outage.

(2) When primary equipment such as voltage transformers, current transformers, transformers, air switches, cables, etc., due to long-term overload or short-circuit failure of the equipment itself, and poor contact at the connection end, the above electrical equipment will be insulated and aging, and self-heating , causing electrical fires, and serious explosions of voltage, arresters, and capacitors.

(3) If the secondary grounding of the high-voltage system is poor, the secondary equipment will generate high voltage, which will threaten personal safety and cause electric shock.

V. On-site emergency measures

When the power distribution cabinet is abnormal, the three sets of ammeters are out of phase, and the fuse is broken, the power should be disconnected in time, and the equipment department or electrician should be reported in time. After the problem is solved, the power can be turned on.

6. Alarms and notifications

Immediately after an electrical fire or personal electric shock, you should call the fire 119 or the relevant leadership report. The "122" Emergency Center should be called immediately when there are casualties.

7. Emergency handling and rescue measures

(1) In the event of an electrical fire, the relevant power supply should be cut off quickly, use a dry powder fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire, and immediately dial 119, and report to the Safety Section or have relevant leaders.

(2) If someone gets an electric shock, immediately disconnect the power supply of the equipment, so that the electric shock personnel can be disconnected from the power supply and carry out self-rescue on site. After receiving the report, the Safety Section and relevant leaders should immediately organize the vehicle to send the injured to the nearest hospital for rescue.
