Feile Audio (600651) recently announced that it has acquired a 35% stake in Shanghai Shengyi Industrial at a price of RMB78.75 million. Upon completion of the acquisition, it will become the largest shareholder of Shengyi Industry.
Feile Audio Company clearly stated that it will implement the strategic deployment of focusing on the green lighting industry and gradually withdrawing from other industries unrelated to lighting.
