The technicians of Harbin Hager Technology Development Co., Ltd., who developed this product, told reporters that in order to protect the filament and realize the illumination, the lamps and bulbs of incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps that are commonly used on the market are filled with inert gas, and the light-emitting devices therein. Cannot be replaced after damage, only the entire fixture can be thrown away. The LED lamps independently developed by them are illuminated by the semiconductor solid-state light-emitting device, which illuminates the light-emitting substances on the inner surface of the lamp and the bulb, and no gas is injected into the lamp or the bulb. Therefore, if the light-emitting device is damaged, it is only necessary to replace the new light-emitting device like a building block, and the original light bulb and the lamp tube can be used after changing the "heart". Although the price of such lamps is currently high, the cost of use is much lower than that of conventional lamps because the originals can be replaced.
Developed by participating in the national "863" new light source project, this new type of luminaire uses cold light source technology, which consumes only one-third of the incandescent light when emitting the same brightness. Among the materials used in such lamps, the content of harmful substances such as lead, mercury, chromium, etc. conforms to the SGS EU standard and the REACH international standard. No harmful substances are produced, used or discarded. It is a new type of safe "green". Lighting, the market has broad prospects. At present, the product has been put into small batch production, ending the history of domestic production of LEDs relying on imported technology.
