A private enterprise in Guangdong is not enthusiastic. This company executive said that compared with previous policies, the long-term mechanism will not frequently toss companies to change production plans and adjust product structure. However, if the regulations are not good, they have given room for some companies that dare to take risks but have undermined the operation, and have undermined the principle of fair market competition. Therefore, under the circumstances that supporting laws and supervision mechanisms are not perfect, we should introduce guiding mechanisms as far as possible, instead of encouraging policies, or handing competition to the market.

How to stop defrauding is the key
