Reporter: Can the new products on display at this exhibition give us a specific introduction?
Mr. Fu: This time we mainly exhibited street lights, tunnel lights, anti-theft lights, garden lights, and some indoor lights. Our designs are unique. In the exhibition, it was also well received by some exhibitors.
Reporter: We also know that Mingchuang is the only manufacturer to display LED products in the future pavilion of the World Expo. How is the name created here? What kind of attractive results are selected?
Mr. Fu: Mainly based on his own product advantages. Because our products are as perfect as possible in everything from design to materials to manufacturing processes. This time, the Expo will be selected for the exhibition, which also shows that the experts of the Expo have fully recognized our products.
Reporter: I have just mentioned that Mingchuang has been doing very well. Can you tell us the secret of success?
Mr. Fu: A professional team is the most important. With our unremitting efforts, from product development to production, to sales, every link, including after-sales service, is done as much as possible, and slowly forms its own unique products, plus comprehensive marketing. Reporter: Mr. Fu just mentioned that there are many high-quality products here, how to maintain the quality of products in the process of product development?
Mr. Fu: In terms of research and development, we have taken a relatively unique technical route from the beginning. From the heat dissipation and the light distribution, the concept is different from the traditional thinking. Especially in terms of heat dissipation and light distribution, our design is different. Moreover, we applied for patents for each of the achievements in the R&D process, and we have intellectual property rights, which is very beneficial to our subsequent development.
Reporter: Mr. Fu mentioned that some high-quality products have patent applications. Can you simply tell us a few and which products have patents?
Mr. Fu: He applied for national invention patents in terms of heat dissipation and light distribution, and applied for new patents in other structures and productions. He also applied for international patents and has obtained patent certificates.
Reporter: Now the LED market is very hot, what is the future development trend?
Mr. Fu: LED products, because of its energy-saving, environmental protection and long-life characteristics, meet the needs of mankind to build a low-carbon energy-saving society, it will become the main source of illumination in the future. At present, with the continuous support and promotion policies of the LED industry in the country, and the awareness of LED products, the LED industry is developing rapidly, and the demand for the whole society is also increasing. However, at present, there are still some problems in the development process. Many companies are investing money to try to enter this industry. Some starting points are relatively low, and the technical content of the products is not high, which causes the quality of the products to be unclear. This has a negative impact on the development of the entire LED industry. The quality of the products is very different. It is difficult for users to distinguish between high-quality products and which have problems. . This has also caused the embarrassing situation that everyone is not too daring to use LED products. But as time goes by, technology continues to advance, and some excellent companies will stand out, which is very beneficial to the development of the LED industry.
Reporter: At present, LEDs still have the problem of relatively expensive prices. The popularity is not very wide. Can Fu estimate that LEDs will become popular in the next few years?
Mr. Fu: It is an inevitable trend for LEDs to be widely used in the future. As the scale of the entire industry continues to expand, production costs are correspondingly reduced, and its cost performance continues to increase, and the possibility of replacing traditional light sources is increasing.
Reporter: What is the goal or plan for Mingchuang in the next three to five years?
Mr. Fu: At present, we have basically completed the development of eight series of products. The cultivation of the team has reached a certain scale, and the marketing channels have also been established. Now our factory is expanding production capacity, and the new plant is growing at an annual capacity of 2 billion. When the new plant is completed, we will have some new products to be launched, and the scale of the entire enterprise will reach a new level.
