2, the digital tube is bright but shows zero
Possible cause: No signal input
Solution: Check whether the input signal wiring is correct and use signal input. If there is no customer self-check; if there is a preliminary judgment table fault (may be: measuring chip pin or digital tube pin soldering), you can contact the manufacturer for replacement.
3, flashing after power on
Possible causes: 1) Signal instability; 2) Strong magnetic field interference source 3) Table failure: coil failure, chip soldering, etc.
Solution: According to the national standard requirements, the display value is allowed to have a jump of 2-3 words, but the interval jump is not allowed. Disconnect the auxiliary power supply; test if it exceeds the operating voltage range; test whether the input signal exceeds the rated value; test the ambient temperature exceeds the upper limit of use; test and solve the problem and then re-energize the auxiliary power supply.
4, lack of pen or garbled after power-on
Possible reasons: The lack of a pen is basically a problem of soldering. Direct table change. Garbled code: 1. There is interference source. If the large-capacity switch is closed, it will cause impact on the meter, so that the multi-function meter enters the setting interface instead of garbled. At this point, the meter will recover within 30 seconds, or press SET to return to normal. 2. Chip failure: The chip failure rate is generally less than one thousandth; 3. Chip soldering or leakage soldering.
Solution: The former communicates with the customer, fails to change the table (for the corresponding processing at the front end of the power supply), and the latter two directly change the table.
5, the display is not accurate
Possible cause: The transformer ratio setting value does not match.
Solution: Check whether the ratio of the meter setting is consistent with the ratio of PT and CT; whether the voltage and current ratings are consistent.
6, plus signal no response
Possible cause: The signal is not input to the meter
Solution: Test the instrument terminal block for signal, and whether the terminal connection is reliable.
7, three-phase instrument lack of phase
Possible cause: The signal is not applied to the meter
Solution: Test the terminal for input signal, whether the terminal is correctly and reliably connected; the normal display one-phase signal line can be connected to the phase loss signal for comparison test.
8, electric energy measurement is not allowed
Possible cause: The ratio is wrong, the phase sequence of the voltage and current is wrong.
Solution: Check whether the ratio of the meter setting is consistent with the ratio of PT and CT; check whether the phase sequence of voltage and current is correct; in the case of power consumption, the meter with power display can view the single phase through the power display of the meter. Whether the power has a negative sign indicates that if there is a negative sign, it is likely that the corresponding phase current in and out of the line is reversed.
9, the analog output is not allowed
Possible cause: The analog output range and project correspondence are incorrect.
Solution: Confirm the corresponding relationship between the upper and lower limits of the analog output range; confirm whether the electrical parameters corresponding to the analog output are correct, such as U, I, P, Q, etc. to ensure the test equipment is normal, if using plc, ensure the PLC analog input wiring settings correct.
