If the lighting is poor or there is fog, rain, snow, sand and other low visibility conditions, when the rear car driving in the same direction and the front car are driving at a close distance, the high beam cannot be used; through sharp bends, slopes, arches, Pedestrian crossings or intersections without traffic signal control should be alternately used with far and near light; the turn signals should be illuminated between 100 and 30 meters from the distance and parking. In addition, the Road Traffic Safety Law also stipulates that it is not allowed to modify or install lighting devices without authorization.
