We will take the letter “E†alarm fault on the LCD screen of the Siemens 6SE70 inverter control panel as an example to illustrate the troubleshooting method of the inverter.
When the letter “E†is displayed on the LCD panel of Siemens 6SE70 inverter control panel, the inverter can't work. Press P key and restart and power supply are invalid. Check the operation manual and no relevant introduction. Check the external DC 24V power supply. When the voltage is found to be low, the inverter works normally after the solution. However, the "E" alarm is generally caused by damage to the CUVC board. It is normal to replace a CUVC board. The "E" alarm has the following conditions caused by the failure of the backplane and the CUVC communication board.
(1) Siemens 6SE70 inverter fault phenomenon: The operation control panel PMU LCD display shows “E†alarm.
Check processing: Replace a new CUVC board to power on, the LCD still shows “E†alarm, indicating that the cause of the fault is not on the CUVC board but on the backplane. Check the backplane, use a digital multimeter to measure the external DC24V voltage is normal, the detection block N3 reference voltage is not normal, the output voltage of the integrated block N220 pin is 0.1V, obviously low, the normal value is 15V, check the integrated block N2 1 foot is 11.3V The 8 pin is 0.20V, and the 11 pin power input is 27.5V, which is normal. After analysis, it is judged that 1 foot, 8 feet, and 20 feet are not normal. The voltage of pin 1 of the test integrated block N3 is 0.31V, the voltage of the pin 2 is 1.8V, and the voltage value is also low. Remove the N3 integrated block MC340 with a heat gun and measure the resistance between pin 2 and pin 3 to 84 ohms. After replacing a new N3 integrated block MC340, test the voltage of each pin, 1 pin is 2.1V, pin 2 is 5.1V, normal. The voltage of each pin of the N2 integrated block is also restored to normal. The output voltage of the integrated block N3 is abnormal, causing the voltage of each pin of the N2 integrated block to also shift. Restore the inverter input parameters and start the inverter to run normally.
(2) Siemens 6SE70 inverter fault phenomenon: the operation control panel PMU LCD display shows “E†alarm.
Check processing: use the digital multimeter to measure the voltage of each pin of the base plate N2 and N3. The voltage of pin 8 of N3's 1 pin N2 is low. The base bias resistance of the V28 transistor is 4.7K ohms has been changed to 150K ohm. Replace the new chip resistor, and measure the voltage of each pin of N2 and N3. Because the V28 base bias resistor changes, the V28 transistor is cut off, resulting in the N2 and N3 integrated blocks not working properly.
(3) Fault phenomenon: The LCD panel of the operation control panel PMU displays the “E†alarm.
Check and processing: an inverter with “E†alarm, remove the CBT communication board of the original CUVC board of the inverter, install it on the new CUVC board, install the CUVC board of the inverter, and after the startup, the LCD still displays “Eâ€. "Call the police. Remove the CUVC board and check that the chip resistor on the CBT communication board is burnt out. Replace the new CBT communication board and the inverter starts working normally.
(4) Fault phenomenon: The LCD panel of the operation control panel PMU displays the “E†alarm.
Check processing: Check the power-on voltage of pin 1 of the backplane power block N2 is 11.32V, the normal value is 26.7V, the output voltage of pin 20 is 0.117V, the normal value is 15.31V, and the voltage of the first pin of the reference voltage block N3 is 0.315V. The normal value is 2.1V; the voltage value of the second pin changes between 1.5V and 1.8V, and the normal value is 5.1V. Check the relay K4, the coil circuit is connected in series with two diodes V16, V15, the resistance values are 3.67 ohms and 5.5 ohms respectively, and have been short-circuited. The base resistance of the V28 (5C) triode is changed from the normal value of 4.7K ohms to 150K ohms, which has been burned out. After replacing the new resistor and diode, it works normally.
