He said that from a historical perspective, the early development of LED has gone through a difficult process and gradually developed into the process of semiconductor lighting applications today. The first yellow-white LED was a silicon carbide LED. At that time, the efficiency was 0.005%, and basically only a little light was seen. After many years, Cree has improved silicon carbide technology; however, the actual progress began with the 1971 blue-green LED chip, but when there was a new dawn, it quickly fell silent. But Japan has persisted. After that, Cree has improved its brightness by using silicon carbide substrate technology, which has formed its unique competitiveness.

Yaweilang has many years of accumulated technical foundation, some different new technologies, and some technologies have been done when crystal power can not make efficient LEDs. In the early days, everyone only focused on the content of LED solid-state semiconductor technology, ignoring many simple problems.
