CREE launched a breakthrough innovation in the CPY250 lighting line in North Carolina on May 7. The new product is used to replace metal halide lamps, which can reduce energy consumption by 75% compared to the latter. This product is 35% more efficient than current LED lighting products, and energy consumption can be reduced by 5-15%.

The new CPY series is designed to enhance the lighting experience in the visual environment and can be applied to gas stations, convenient ATMs, hotels and airports.
Greg Merritt, vice president of lighting at Cree, said: "The new CPY series has a lighter and lighter size, and high-performance LED lighting not only provides a solution for replacing metal halide lamps, but also The reduction in total user spending is possible."
The cost savings of Cree CPY250 enable it to deliver returns within two years (based on typical commercial use, working 12 hours a day, the electricity price is US$0.12 (0.737 yuan) per kWh of electricity in the US average, almost Zero maintenance). The new range of products delivers higher value, not only through an initial investment cost that can be afforded, but also with extremely low energy consumption and low operating costs.
Cree CPY250 has a color temperature of 5700K and power of 122W and 80W. Its brightness is 8800 lumens and 13600 lumens respectively. The product supports dimming and also uses Cree's exclusive DeltaGuard surface coating.
