Junction field effect transistors can provide very low input currents when they are used in one stage of an input op amp with an ambient temperature of less than about 70'C. However, the high quality FET amplifier that permeates the same chip, because it is no simple matter, there is no single FET amplifier available now. Nonetheless, it is possible to use a split FET pair with a monolithic circuit to create a good FET amplifier.
In the circuit diagram below, there is a matching FET connected to the op amp as a composite source follower placed in front.
The gain of the composite circuit is roughly the same as the integrated circuit itself and the unity gain is compensated with a 30 pF capacitor. The circuit leaves its work principle and the need for a summing amplifier that requires high common mode rejection. This is the reason why this occurs because the current source of the resistor is used and in this FET because of good common mode rejection.
