Inverter development needs government policy support

The development of a low-carbon economy has become a global consensus. Today, China is firmly promoting the low-carbon economy and related policies have been intensively introduced. Traditional inverter harmonic pollution is large, harmonics not only consume reactive power, increase line losses, affect the reliable operation of relay protection, make the motor generate additional torque and loss, and interfere with the weak current system, but also cause serious distortion of the grid voltage. There are even electric power system safety accidents. Therefore, the green inverter is one of the major development directions in the future. However, most enterprises in China have problems in the development and funding of green inverters, and they need more government assistance and support.

Faced with new market opportunities, the development of China's inverter industry also needs multiple support. First, industry associations should play a coordinating and guiding role in organizing and organizing industry development seminars to unify industry-wide understanding and avoid vicious price competition in the industry. The association will coordinate the relationship between the company, the government, the society, and the upstream and downstream customers, and actively assist the government in implementing relevant policies on energy conservation and consumption reduction.

Second, companies must further strengthen personnel training, technology research and development and new product development to improve product quality and standards. Again, the inverter's after-sales service is very demanding and requires a more complete and perfect sales service system. The production enterprises should further establish after-sales service and engineering service teams according to the actual situation in China, improve customer service processes, and strive to improve customer satisfaction. At the same time, we must also strengthen the level of production and management of enterprises, further optimize product manufacturing processes, reduce product costs, give full play to our low-cost manufacturing advantages, and increase the market competitiveness of domestic inverters.
