China Eastern Airlines will equip its latest 70 Airbus A320NEO aircraft with a range of avionics supplied by Thales, including industry-leading flight management systems, Thales/ACSS T3CAS air and near-ground collision avoidance systems, and low altitude Radio altimeter and single-sided head-up display. Thales will also provide low-altitude radio altimeters on 110 Boeing 737NG and 737MAX aircraft.

Thales' flight management system has a market share of more than 90% in China and is a highly popular flight management system. And T? The CAS solution includes Class A Terrain Awareness and Warning System (TAWS), Air Collision Avoidance System (TCAS), and S-Mode transponder with full ADS-B IN/OUT capability and DO-260B compliance.
TCAS's integrated near-field collision avoidance system, air collision avoidance system, S-mode transponder and ADS-B features have proven performance and high reliability while reducing aircraft weight, size, power consumption and cost.
The NXT-800 next-generation transponders are compliant with FAA and EASA standards and meet the mandatory requirements for aircraft ADS-B Out functions worldwide.
