EM281-MWB/MWA is a dedicated weighing function module of OYES-200 series. It occupies the slot number after CPU (Note: can only be in slot number 0~2) and it occupies the address of 4AI/2AO. There is an RS485 electrical Interface, this interface supports Modbus protocol, through which the internal function parameters of EM281-MWB can be accessed to make the weighing more reliable and efficient; EM281-MWB/MWA can be cleared, preset tare weight, tare weight, and tare weight , Gross net weight switch, zero calibration, one calibration, two calibration, restore factory settings, save parameters to flash memory and other functions, provide special library function EM281_W_LIB_V2.0, making programming convenient, flexible application.

2. The RS485 communication port of EM281-MWB/MWA supports Modbus-RTU protocol. Through this communication port, the internal function parameters of the module can be set or other upper computer can obtain the weighing value through this communication port.

f. After the parameters are debugged in the Modbus communication, perform the “save parameter to flash†operation, or else re-commission after the next power up;
g, the provided library program only supports OYES EM281 series weighing module;
h. A maximum of 3 EM281 series weighing modules are supported after a single CPU;
i. The EM281 weighing module must be placed in the first 3 modules of the CPU to be used. Otherwise, Errors output 32767 or Control_Val output 32767;;
g, EM281 corresponding module number Em_No must be filled in correctly, that is placed in the CPU after the first module fill 0,
