DIY Knowledge: How to make your first robot

Why do you want to make a robot ? What is your motivation? Looks like Cool? Still want to participate in a game like the battlebots? Robotics can teach you too much knowledge, covering electronic science, mechanics, control theory, programming, and even animal behavior and human psychology. Before starting this tutorial, ask yourself why you want to make a robot. What is your purpose and motivation? Otherwise, you don't know why you started when you quit halfway.

OK Now that you know why you are making a robot, let's talk about what you need to know to make a robot...

It is always the hardest to successfully complete the first robot.

So it's best to use the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) method: keep it simple and clear! This is a very good suggestion because my first robot target was too high, wasting a lot of money, and it didn't really work at all. Your goal in making your first robot should be to learn the basics, including how to write a program, how to use it, how to use the terminology, how to learn basic techniques, and how to get the robot's parts at the cheapest price. Apply your cool robot idea to your second robot. You can then make a second robot using the parts that were removed from the first robot. Trust me.

OK, I am ready, what do I need to get started?

Obviously the first thing you need is money. Robots are very expensive. A skilled robotic expert makes a robot basically without spending any money. After years of accumulation, they already have enough raw materials without having to buy most of the parts. Experts know how to make parts to replace finished products, and of course they have the ability to make their own. However, beginners don't know about this. You can find most of the parts needed to make a robot in the house, but don't expect to be able to modify your first robot with a rubber ring and a toothpick. Get more money for your 2nd or 3rd robot. The first robot will cost at least $100-200. You can ask your parents for the money and tell them about the educational or something of the robot. Tell them that you can use the winnings won in the game to pay back the loan. Tell them that robotic production can help you get to the chosen university or get internships in the robot-related industry. Tell them that it can keep you away from chaotic neighborhoods or away from drugs. Get an alternative job! You can also apply for funding from your secondary school or university, or even ask for money from the company. Tell investors that their investment will be rewarded or something else. Now I have raised more than 4k dollars for all my robots. I even heard that someone spent $20k on a robot. As your technology becomes more proficient, there will be more parts available around you, and later making robots will become more affordable. Another thing is to find a place to make a robot. Join a robot club. Members often lend you the parts, tools, instruments and invaluable help and advice you need. I remember that I asked nearly six or seven people before I made my first robot.

OK, I have got the money, let's start spending now!
